What you can send?

You can send cardboard boxes, but make sure you use strong double-walled boxes and not single walled (crisp style) boxes. Please do not use plastic boxes for storage as they are very fragile. for storage as they are very fragile.

You can send hard or soft suitcases in our services, but make sure it is well closed, protected (plastic film or bubble wrap) and does not allow access to its interior. We do not recommend the use of travel bags or backpacks. Please do not use laundry style bags or plastic bags.

You can send a bicycle on our services. Bicycles need to be packed in a suitable box or in a suitcase (you can rent the suitcase from us). Most of the bikes bikes will need the wheels and handlebars removed for shipping. If the item is longer than 150cm, there will be an additional charge of 30 euros.

You can send golf bags on our services. They must be packed in a suitable golf bag with a hood or in a suitcase or travel box. We recommend the use of bubble wrap over the head of each club. If the item is longer than 150cm, there will be an additional charge of 30 euros.

You can send skis and snowboards to our services. These need to be packed in a suitable suitcase or travel bag. If your item is longer than 150cm, there will be an additional charge of 30 euros. The maximum length is 220cm.

You can send other sports items on our services, such as surfboards. These need to be packed in a suitable suitcase or suitcase. If the item is longer than 120cm there will be an additional charge of 30 euros. The maximum length is 220cm.
